Meet Pastors Charles & Kimberly Dudley
For over two decades, Drs. Charles and Kimberly Dudley have dedicated their lives to empowering believers to live victoriously. Happily married since 2003, they were licensed that same year and ordained in 2005, bringing a unique blend of academic excellence, pastoral heart, and real-world wisdom to ministry as a unified team.
Both earned their Master's in Theology from Life Christian University (2005) and their Doctorate's in Ministry from The University of Christian Ministry and Leadership (2015). Their ministry journey includes serving as Executive Pastors (2015-2017) and Associate Pastors (2023-2025) at Valley Word Church in Roanoke, VA, where they've touched countless lives through faithful service under the guidance and mentoring of Senior Pastors Dr. Eddie Crabtree (Th.D.) and Dr. Debbie Crabtree (D.Min.).

Beyond the Pulpit
Dr. Charles brings leadership forged through service—as a U.S. Army Veteran and Virginia National Guard member, and as former Provost and Dean of Faculty at UCML. His heart for developing leaders runs deep. With over 20 years of management experience in Restaurant, Retail, and Government Contracting, plus his Technology and Business Development background, he understands the real-world challenges of leading in both the ministry and in the marketplace.
Dr. Kimberly, a Virginia Tech graduate, served as Registrar and Dean of Students at UCML, combining her passion for education with ministry. Her gift for nurturing spiritual growth shines through every interaction. With over 20 years of management experience in Marketing & Advertising, Retail, and Logistics, plus her Business Development expertise, she brings practical wisdom to both spiritual guidance as well as life application.
As bi-vocational pastors and small business owners, they understand the challenges of balancing faith, family, and professional life, bringing authentic Spirit-led leadership to every aspect of ministry.
